Named after a green stone that was formed during the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens in 1980. Inspired by the Puget Sound this mask is rich in antioxidant and mineral rich plants from both land and sea. Feed your face and gently detox congested pores. Gaia's color is derived from French Green Clay, and botanicals from both land and sea which it contains. In the Pacific Northwest, the ocean is always close. Deep within its deep emerald waters lives forests of kelp & bladderwrack which are wonderful used in skincare preparations. When paired with herbal botanicals like gotu kola, a divine balance of mineral rich & collagen stimulating face perfection is born. We love the effects this mask has on overall tone and texture.
Usage: Use about 1/2 tsp dry mask to 1/2 tsp water, kefir, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and/or raw honey. depending on desired results. Mix into a paste and apply to the entire face with either a makeup brush or clean fingers. We also recommend using the mask all the way down to your collar bones which aids in moving stagnant lymph fluid thus promoting circulation and decreasing inflammation.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and follow with a facial Mist and hydrator of choice. One may experience redness in the skin for up to one hour post treatment as the botanicals and clay encourage circulation. Use 1-2 x per week for best results. Can be staining so avoid getting on clothing and spilling on porous surfaces.
